About Me
​
I am a Graphic Designer based in West Yorkshire. I have a keen passion for design. My design background features a variety of creative subjects such as Art, Media, Design Technology and Photography where I achieved an A grade at A-level, I am eager to learn as much as possible and I am always aiming to increase and improve my skill set.
My interests stretch into animation and illustration and as a result, I continuously work on independent projects to further develop my skill set.

Graphic Design BA Hons
University of Huddersfield
In 2017 I started a BA Hons Graphic Design course at the University of Huddersfield. I took a year out in my 2nd year to complete a maternity cover at a local design agency before returning in 2020 to complete my degree with first-class honours.
I have also completed several additional licenses & certifications via Linked In. This includes courses in advanced marketing and UX design.

Graphic Designer (2019 - Present)
I produce a range of work as part of my own self directed study into graphic design, illustration, and animation. In my spare time, I have worked on a range of projects including most recently with local Independent businesses and sporting clubs.

Fluid Creative Media
Junior Designer (2019- 2020)
My work at Fluid Creative Media included designing logos, generating visual content for use in social media, graphics for websites, event collateral and corporate presentations. Fluid CM specializes in providing online creative and technical solutions for many clients in the sporting industry such as the Guinness Pro14, Speedway GP and Huddersfield Giants RLFC, clients who I worked closely with on a regular basis.
To expand, I was personally responsible for curating the sponsorship presentations for different pitches for one of the above clients, this included several responsibilities such as photoshopping potential logos onto t-shirts, perimeter boards, and various other scenes with very quick turnarounds. In addition to this, I regularly worked creating visual social media content for multiple clients (specific examples can be provided on request) and even worked closely with clients updating brand guideline documents.
Briefly along side my second year studies I worked as part of a team to create a series of aminations, one project included short educational animations to be shown to students interested in studying degree-level science. With several topics to cover such as electromyography and phylogenetics, each member of the team, using only a brief fact sheet provided by the client, designed, illustrated and animated their own 2-minute segment using a shared colour scheme and font selection. At the end of the project each of these segments were stiched together to create a full length reel that was delivered to the client.
